Frequent Bidder Questions

  • Can I bid if I'm not in the US?
    No problem!  Just be sure to have a PayPal account for easy payment transactions.
  • Can I purchase an item that did not meet the seller's reserve price?
    If the reserve is not met when the listing ends, Exclusive Nostalgic will contact the highest bidder for their best offer to the seller.  Once received Exclusive Nostalgic will let the seller know and the seller will have 24 hours to make their decision to accept, decline or counter offer.
  • Can I cancel my bid?
    You may not cancel your bid.  You have made a commitment to follow through on the sale.  We want to create a win-win transaction with every auction.  
  • Can I contact the seller after the auction has ended without a sale?
    Exclusive Nostalgic will not provide a seller's contact information without a proper sales transaction.  Exclusive Nostalgic takes personal information very seriously and does not want to jeopardize their confidence in selling with us. 
  • What is the buyer's fee?
    The buyer is responsible for 10% of the final bid price over and above the winning bid.
  • What happens if I were to win an auction?
    Exclusive Nostalgic will contact the buyer and give them the winning bidder's information and also give the winning bidder the seller's contact information to complete the transaction of the said product.The buyer and seller are to complete the transaction and Exclusive Nostalgic is no longer involved and are NOT responsible to complete the transaction.

Frequent Seller Questions

  • Can I cancel my auction once it is live?
    You may not cancel your auction.  It is required that you hold up your end of the deal once we begin the auction process.
  • Can I edit my submission?
    You will have every opportunity to edit your listing before your auction goes live.  Exclusive Nostalgic will assist with the listing before it is published online.  Once it is live you will not be able to edit/alter your listing.
  • Can I change my reserve price?
    You may lower your reserve price at any time.  You will not be able to raise your reserve price after initial agreement.
  • May I relist my product if it does not sell?
    Generally speaking, no.  Exclusive Nostalgic prefers to offer fresh, rare products.
